Looking for Professional and Enthusiastic Senior Managerial candidate who responsible for Identify, develop, execute the new strategies in accordance with market trend for an entire organization.
The role would require dealing with chaos and ambiguity
Goal setting, revenue planning, account planning, sales ops management.
- Deliver long-term revenue and profitability goals
- Current Trend Analysis and conduct the feasibility for the right strategies. Implement & act to get the business.
- Key focus should be getting OEM's, PSU's, Bulk Consumers, Institutions & Industry Accounts. Contracts & continuity of the business / revenue and growth
- SWOT Analysis, Competitors comparative analysis, Gap Analysis and fits our business strategies towards winning and driving to be national level
- Responsible for identifying, growing, managing new revenue generating B2B, Institutional, Governmental & Private partnerships and new business syndication opportunities.
- Drive revenue goals of the Organization through geographies/markets, and service provision.
- Self motivated Self-driven with strong commitment & dedication towards achieving success
- Independent leader and self-initiative with higher motivation with established responsibilities
- Should develop the brand nationally and make more visible to all stakeholders through business relations
- Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue and for one or more sales territories.
- Develop a significant pipeline for Recycling that is adequate to meet and surpass monthly forecast and yearly budget projections work effectively at breakneck pace and thrive in this high-pace environment.
- Interface with existing customers to add value and expand business.
- Profitable revenue growth for the company driven primarily through new business development and better management of organic growth opportunities with existing business.
- Work with a cross-functional team of technical managers, EHS team, marketing, and sales teams to build proper customer relation across India.
- Responsible to develop and execute awareness programs and knowledge sharing sessions with Institutions, Universities, Colleges, Schools and other educational firms.
- Develop concrete relations with State and National Government authorities to provide one stop solution for waste management problems across India and negotiate contracts.
- Plan and provide unique training programs to residential associations, welfare associations, community clubs, business associations etc.,
- Attend Conferences, meetings and discussions to present the Company image well.
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends and alter the business strategies accordingly to win the market.
- Manage and prioritize all customer requests and enhance Customer Relations towards business expansion.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min Master Degree in Business
- 10+ years of professional experience in Waste Management industry with strong understanding
- Excellent Corporate communication skills
- Ability to think and act strategically
- Able to travel frequently
- Strong management and cross-functional management capabilities
- Able to develop good relationship with all stakeholders
- Ability to conduct market research to understand customer needs
- Excellent Presentation skills to all levels of audience
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access etc.)
